The ultimate in production flexibility

Apply different production strategies within a single ULTIMATE system. 

Switch easily from workpiece loading for small batches to pallet loading for complex operations, tray handling for internal logistics, and even automatic loading of workholding fixtures.

Load workpieces without clamping them by hand. Save valuable time with automated loading and produce a mix of small batches unattended over long periods.

Set up several pallets in the ergonomic loading area while the CNC machine carries on producing automatically. The system switches between pallets without stopping the machine.

The robot automatically loads fixtures directly into the cell. It can screw long-stroke clamps onto the clamping tower and change the jaws to suit different production batches. Every action is controlled by the software.

Optimise your internal logistics with standardised trays for workpieces and products. Move complete batches efficiently between production stages, from the sawing shop to the metrology inspection room.
