Dener CNC shears combine robust mechanics, driven by hydraulic cylinders, with ball screw guidance and positioning for reliability and precision, all paired with an easy-to-use CNC controller. DENER shears cut mild steel (45 kg/mm²) from 6 mm to 20 mm thick, over cutting lengths of 3 m to 6 m as standard. For other sizes, please contact us.
Their monobloc structure guarantees maximum rigidity and high torsional resistance, delivering high-quality cuts. The operator simply enters the material thickness and type, and the ESA S 530 controller automatically adjusts the rake angle and blade gap.
