Servobrake electric press brake
Dener DDM servobrake CNC press brakes are reliable, environmentally friendly machines. The DDM servobrake series stands out for its high operating speed, high precision and wide range of sizes, allowing you to bend sheet metal up to 4 metres long with a 100% electric machine, low energy consumption and reduced maintenance.
They are fitted with an ESA CNC control (as standard), a precise PROMECAM/AMADA-type punch and die clamping system (as standard) and a multi-axis back gauge system, making sheet metal bending easier and more cost-effective.
Ram movement
Pressure is distributed along the bending length by a high-strength belt in a pulley-block type system.
ESA 675W 3D CNC control with 21" touchscreen.
Back gauge fingers
Two back gauge fingers as standard, up to 6 as an option (depending on the multi-axis back gauge chosen)
WILA-type clamping (option)
WILA clamping with hydraulic upper and lower clamping is available as an option.
Ram return system
The ram is returned by high-strength springs, keeping the machine’s footprint and cost down.
Bending force
Bending force is provided by 2 geared motors, Y1 and Y2.
