Smart XL hydraulic press brake
Dener SMART XL CNC press brakes are designed to be easy to use, reliable and high-performing. They are built using manufacturing technologies that guarantee a high level of quality. This model comes as standard with a 15" 2D graphical touchscreen CNC control, type ESA 640, so operators get to grips with the machine quickly and can program parts easily on the touchscreen.
With 2D programming functions as standard and 3D as an option, the Metalix software generates bending sequences automatically, calculates bend deductions and builds a library of all your previous jobs.

With greater daylight, stroke and throat depth than competing machines, this press brake makes it easy to bend parts in a wide range of sizes.

The back gauge on the Puma XL range is made from a one-piece aluminium casting and is a crucial element in ensuring bend quality and producing accurate parts. Whether you are working on simple parts or complex ones requiring several steps, this back gauge can be extended to 6 axes to suit your requirements.
ESA S 640 15" 2D control unit as standard
Parts to be bent can be drawn on the touchscreen or entered by the operator at the control panel using the automatic step-by-step bending system. The CNC control unit optimises bending sequences for greater efficiency.
High-rigidity ram guiding system
