The vertical machining center is the cornerstone of any milling workshop: with a vertical spindle, direct access to the workpiece and quick setup, it is ideally suited to prismatic parts, molds and tooling.
SCOMO offers 3- to 5-axis CNC vertical machining centers, including DN Solutions ranges such as DNM, DEM, SVM and Mynx for 3-axis machining, DVM and NX for mold making, and DVF and DNM 5AX for 5-axis machining.
The right choice depends on your parts and production requirements: X, Y and Z travels, spindle taper and speed, tool magazine capacity, 4th-axis integration or a pallet changer. Our technicians assess your requirements, prepare a quotation for the machine and its options, and then handle installation, training and after-sales service.
