5 Axis Milling
5-axis machining makes it possible to machine complex shapes and several faces of a part in a single setup, which reduces re-clamping and fixtures. It can be done in positional 5-axis (3+2) or simultaneous 5-axis mode, on vertical, horizontal or gantry machines.
SCOMO offers 5-axis machining centres from DN Solutions (DVF, DNM 5AX, DHF 8000, and BM U, DBM U and DCM U double-column machines), Heller and Breton (Ultrix, Eagle, Flymill, Hawx, Matrix), as well as Zayer milling machines.
